Requirements for a junkyard license are:
The junkyard must be behind at least a six foot (6 feet) fence and must be no less than 100 feet from the nearest edge of right-of-way.
You cannot sell motor vehicle parts, nor can you have old tires.
You must be in the business of buying, selling, and recycling scrap materials.
