Responsibilities

The Williams County Board of Elections performs all administrative functions of the election process including: 

  • Processing and maintaining voter registration records
  • Reviewing and certification of petitions
  • Reviewing local candidate and campaign finance filings
  • Certification of candidates elected to office
  • Ballot preparation
  • Contracts for voting locations
  • Precinct boundary changes
  • Certification of county election results


Election Notices

The Board of Elections will conduct Logic and Accuracy Testing beginning at 9:00am September 21st, 2026, in our office, until completed.

Public Testing of Election Day Equipment will be at 10:00am October 1st, 2026, in our office.  

 Upcoming Elections: 

  • November 3, 2026- General Election

 Federal Write-in Absentee Ballots (FWAB)
